As the Radojcic family has been in business serving the Niagara Region and abroad for 60+ years, I’m proud to continue in the family line of entrepreneurs. My background in real estate law (operations) and experience working for lenders, investors, and commercial development projects, should give you the confidence that I approach the mortgage process holistically, and look for solutions in many places!


On a personal note, I’m an avid golfer with a single-digit handicap, constantly pursuing the elusive title of “scratch golfer”. So if you ever want to tee it up with me, I’m always open to playing with new people regardless of what their skill level may be. I’m active in the Serbian community, promoting a continuation of our time-tested and proven traditions that have kept us close and our culture thriving and intact while evolving and adapting to the current social dynamic of our beloved countries of Canada and the United States of America.

I’m Maryanne and I was born and raised in downtown Toronto and moved to Niagara Falls in 2021. I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, as well as primary education, working in multiple schools during my education career.


After finishing my undergrad at Dalhousie University in 2011, I took 4 years off to travel the world, experience new cultures and create a global network of amazing people before I completed my second degree, Bachelor of Professional Studies and continued my teaching career in Ontario.


After moving to Niagara Falls, I joined the District School Board of Niagara and have been working as teacher on the occasional roster, as well as at a long-term occasional placement at Kate S. Durden Primary School. As a teacher, it has been my hope that all my students become critical thinkers and lifelong learners who strive for excellence in all that they do. I promote these ideals by challenging and supporting students as they discover and explore new ideas in a safe, welcoming classroom environment.


In July of 2022, with the new partnership of RADmtgs and Rad Law Professional Corporation, I have taken on the position of Client Fulfillment Manager. My varied experiences working in customer service and primary education have provided me with a plethora of real-world knowledge and experience in managing relationships. My client first attitude gives me the ability to listen intently and understand the needs of those who require my assistance. Trust and communication are two things I value most.


I have been to 20 countries and always keen on a new adventure. I am passionate about health and wellness and am an avid F45 participant. I also have a rescue cat named Simba who is 14 years old and has travelled across the country with me!!!

Nina Krkljus

Head Underwriter

I’m Nina and I was born and raised in Niagara Falls and I have lived most of my life in the Niagara Region.


I have extensive experience as a real estate law clerk working in multiple offices during my career. After finishing my program, my first position was held at Hardy Law in Barrie, Ontario where I focused on Real Estate and Family Matter Law.


After moving back to Niagara Falls, I joined the Rad Law Professional Corporation. I have been in my current position since 2021 and while my responsibilities are numerous, my primary focus is completing deals while maintaining productive relationships with clients, mortgage brokers, and lawyers.


In July of 2022, with the new partnership of RADmtgs and Rad Law Professional Corporation, I have taken on the position of Head Underwriter. My diverse experiences working in real estate law over the many years have provided me with a strong background and understanding of the mortgage process that goes above and beyond the typical underwriter’s skills.


With this unique combination of skills and tools at my disposal, I am confident and expedient when underwriting files. I can provide creative solutions when necessary and execute my responsibilities with a legal proficiency.


I also work with my family as a property manager for their rental properties in the Niagara Region. I am very family oriented. When I am not working, I enjoy baking, playing soccer, and volleyball. I also love getting the family together for game night.
